| It is common knowledge these days that sound has healing properties, in fact from the time of Pythagoras humanity has been exploring and perfecting this field. Sound Healing is a rapidly expanding and exciting new field of research and healing practitioners, musicians and doctors alike now offer a variety of mediums in their healing practices such as crystal bowls, gongs, voice etc. The Society for Sound Healing of Japan is pleased to announce a unique opportunity to learn about a new approach to healing and harmonizing the body using sound. This approach uses technology developed in Japan by Mr. Keiichiro Kita, Director of The Society for Sound Healing and is a system which focuses the sound through a vibrating cushion directly into the cells, water, blood and nervous and immune systems in the body. For healing professionals, incorporating this therapy into your existing practice can only serve to enhance and deepen the results of your treatment.
The machine used in this treatment is non-evasive, light and portable and can be utilized in any setting for example, in hospitals, spas, simply for personal use at home.
Kitas' method of Sound healing has been used regularly and successfully by Dr.Mitchell Gaynor, a well known integrative oncologist and author of “Sounds of Healing”. After using our sound healing machine on numerous cancer patients he concluded that this treatment was beneficial for reducing negative side effects of cancer treatment drugs, it facilitates a better tolerance of chemotherapy treatments, as well as educing deep relaxation and a significant reduction of stress levels in patients who used this treatment.
Until now our Sound Healing course has only been offered in Japan but we are delighted to be able to offer the courses on Big Island in Hawaii.
